Musicians for a Cause

Musicians for a Cause was founded to harness the power of music to inspire compassion and
support for worthy causes. We engage songwriters and musicians with nonprofit organizations to
provide songs that bring life to the causes they support.

Using a network of over 400,000 artists on a worldwide basis we find songs that create emotion
and support for your specific cause. Our custom themed music compilations combine an
awareness campaign with a fundraising opportunity, and the songs provided can also be used to
create compelling multi-media content.

Having your own songs ensures that every time someone hears them on their mp3 player or a
CD, they think of your organization. On a selective basis we'll also provide songs written to
specific requirements.

We believe that music can move people - not just emotionally, but physically!

It's not enough to just communicate your mission. You need to move them with emotion to truly
engage their support. Music can create emotion and inspire people to make a call to volunteer or
contribute in some way, and we all know that after they do it once, they'll do it more often. It's a
powerful tool to use in developing an emotional bond between an organization and its supporters.

We also believe that every nonprofit organization should have compelling multi-media
content on the face of its website and social media pages.

All songs provided can be incorporated into multi-media awareness campaigns. When you
combine the power of music with compelling images or video it creates an effective way for
visitors to quickly develop an understanding of your mission and begin to feel an emotional
connection to your organization. People are much more likely to view a multi-media presentation
than read a website or brochure, and it enables you to get your message across in a way that
evokes compassion for your organization.

Finally, we believe that every nonprofit organization that wants music to support its cause
should have access to it - even if they don't have the resources to fund it.

We're developing a program to do that through the Musicians for a Cause Foundation. The
foundation will provide services to nonprofit organizations that don't have the means to fund
development of multi-media content in support of their efforts, and part of the funding comes from
providing our custom music compilations.

For Artists

We help organizations gain support for their causes while help musicians gain visibility for their
work. Participating in Musicians for a Cause projects provides exposure to the base of
supporters of the nonprofit organization who uses the music. It also creates goodwill and will
enhance your opportunity to perform at events related to the cause. We work to provide
meaningful outlets for your work and from time to time we'll engage songwriters to write songs to
an organization's specific requirements in a fee-based arrangement.

We want our work to inspire and encourage more artists to write meaningful songs about social
issues and we'll provide meaningful outlets for your music to help make the world a better place!
