Musicians for a Cause helps nonprofit organizations gain support for their causes while helping artists gain visibility for their work. We use songs mainly from independent artists who are interested in supporting worthy causes.
We understand the close connection between the music and nonprofit communities. There are many wonderful artists who love having their songs used to support worthy causes. We help them go a step further - and it's an important step - by putting their songs into action through campaigns that create real support for community-based nonprofits.
We know there are many incredibly talented artists with big hearts. We sincerely value the music community and appreciate the support of those who have helped us. In addition to compensation, our projects provide exposure to the supporters, sponsors and partners of the nonprofit organizations using the songs. It's a great way to reach new potential fans and it also creates goodwill and enhances your opportunity to perform at events related to the cause.
For some projects we engage songwriters in a fee-based arrangement to write songs based on inspiration provided by a specific nonprofit organization, and in others artists are offered a stipend based on the success of the initiative. We truly appreciate the generosity of the artists we work with and we strive to offer a fair proposition. Also, to ensure the highest quality we'll fund the professional production of music we use in a campaign.
We want our work to inspire more artists to write meaningful songs about social issues and we work hard to provide meaningful opportunities for your music to help make the world a better place.
